Golden Whale signs up Gamanza for data assessment partnership

Both companies to work together to further strengthen Gamanza’s Player Engagement Platform
Data-driven technology services provider Golden Whale has further added to its list of partners by entering a new project with ISO 27001 certified technology provider, Gamanza Group.
Backed by Stadtcasino Baden AG, one of the largest leisure and entertainment groups in Switzerland, Gamanza offers an innovative suite of iGaming products, including the world-class Player Account Management System (PAMS) that powered the first legal online casino in Switzerland.
Gamanza has more recently launched its unique Player Engagement Platform “Gamanza Engage”, which combines a highly customisable gamification system, with a cutting-edge real-time CRM and personalisation engine.
Utilising a combination of data processing, machine learning and real-time analytics, Golden Whale offers highly-specialised solutions that can help online casino businesses improve their player behaviour and classification, customer retention strategy, game optimisation and more.
Under the terms of the partnership, Golden Whale will assist Gamanza in analysing several key data points to gain greater understanding of areas where the product offering can be further strengthened.
Eberhard Dürrschmid, CEO at Golden Whale, said: “Gamanza is a very well-respected and renowned provider, and we are thrilled to have the opportunity to work with a company that is highly-experienced when it comes to understanding customer needs and ensuring performance is as strong as possible in all areas.
“We pride ourselves on creating innovative solutions to today’s market problems, and we look forward to working with Gamanza and working out where we can help the business continue to thrive.”
Marcel Tobler, Member of the Board of Directors at Gamanza Group, said: “We are excited to begin working with Golden Whale in our efforts to make sure we can provide to our clients the best possible understanding of their data in all parts of the business. This will allow us to continue to be an expert technology provider that understands the complexities, demands and specific requirements of the gaming industry. We expect this to be a very fruitful project for us and I am very pleased to be taking this positive step.”
