CEO of Parimatch Russia named amongst Top 1000 Managers in Russia

CEO of Parimatch Russia, Dmitry Sergeev, has been listed as one of the top 1000 managers in Russia by the Russian Association of Managers in collaboration with Kommersant publishing house.

The Top 1000 Russian Managers ranking has been published on an annual basis since 2001, and is decided by members of the Association who have featured on the ranking in previous years.

Nominees are judged on their performance and achievements during the past year – and only those who are deemed to have grown the business, improved company reputation and acted to high professional standards make the final list.

Commenting on his accolade, Dmitry Sergeev, CEO, Parimatch Russia said: “Featuring on this year’s Top 1000 Managers ranking is a huge honor – I am very grateful to have been put forward and extend my congratulations to fellow managers who made the list. Throughout my career I have treated challenges as opportunities to push myself further, and this philosophy enables me to achieve the best results possible. A manager is only as good as their team, and I have had the privilege to lead some of the most talented professionals in the betting industry. We are a close-knit unit, and work together towards our common goals, which means we continue to snap at the heels of legacy players in the sector.”

Dmitry Sergeev became CEO of Parimatch Russia this year – and receives this recognition after being in the role less than 12 months. In February, the company was recognized as the best online bookmaker at the BR Awards, and it also ranks first in the Cybersport.ru rating.

Parimatch is a leading e-sports bookmaker, and sponsors the e-sports team Virtus.pro and several eSports tournaments. This month, Parimatch announced the launch of their own Dota 2 league, with a prize pool of $75 and a LAN finals in Moscow.
