Sportwetten.de inks deal with Sv Darmstadt 98

The Germany-based betting provider sportwetten.de has signed a deal with Dusseldorf-based football club Darmstadt 1898 eV. Sportwetten.de will become the co-sponsor and official betting partner for the club. Darmstadt 1898 eV plays in the 2 Bundesliga, which is effectively the second division of the German football league.
As per the one-yar agreement, sportwetten.de can use the large video boards in the stadium to market their products. The company can also leverage the online and social media fan base of the club. Sportwetten.de will be named “Official Betting Partner of SV Darmstadt 98”. The company does not rule out that further points will complement the service package in the future.
“With the lilies we have chosen a cooperation partner whose tradition richness fascinates us and we are very happy to be supporters of the 98s from now on and want to do our part to a successful season,” said Ingo Pauling, Director of sportwetten.de.
