PGCB Imposes Fines of US$242k on Two Casino Operators

The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) has slapped fines worth US$242k on two casino operators.
Sands Bethworks Gaming, LLC, operator of the Sands Casino Resort in Northampton County, was penalized US$120k for allowing underage gaming and another US$110k for unfairly awarding free slots.
Washington Trotting Association, LLC, operator of the Meadows Racetrack and Casino in Washington County, was imposed a fine of US$12.5k for underage gaming violation.
