Romanian Regulator Blacklists 20 New igaming Domains

National Gambling Office (ONJN), Romania’s gambling regulator, has included 20 new igaming websites into its black list. There are some popular websites in the list, including Megapari.com, Fivecasino.net, 22-bet.net and 488365.com, which leads to Bet365.

When a website is added to the ONJN’s blacklist, the Romanian internet service providers must block the websites within 15 days of receiving notification from the regulator.. There are 1,184 ISPs functioning in Romania. They are likely to get the notification within 48 hours of publishing the blacklist.

Once the barring of domains is in effect, the visitors to the website will get the following message: “Your access to this site has been restricted by the National Gambling Office.”
