Disrupt Entertainment Banned in Sweden

Swedish gaming regulator Spelinspektionen has banned Curacao-licensed gaming company Disrupt Entertainment Limited from providing online gambling services in Sweden with immediate effect.
According to the regulator, the company is offering games to the Swedish market without the necessary license. After an in-depth investigation, when checking the website under the brand Casinosinners revealed that the website conducts gaming activities information in Swedish and has the conditions for participation in the game in Swedish.
Disrupt Entertainment Limited N.V. is not licensed to provide games in Sweden. The Swedish Gaming Inspection considers with regard to consumer protection and to ensure the security of the game that it is important that the decision is carried out immediately.
Casinoinners is owned by Disrupt Entertainment Limited N.V. and is licensed by Curacao. Spelinspektionen reported that Disrupt had the opportunity to comment on its opinion, but the Swedish gaming regulator did not receive any response.
Swedish gaming regulator decision lies on chapter 18 section 23 of the Act, which states that a supervisory authority can issue injunctions and bans to ensure compliance.
The decision was taken by the unit manager, Robert Larsson, after a presentation by the investigators. Last month Spelinspektionen has announced in a statement on its website that the government has requested a review of the Swedish gambling market.
