MGA Launches New RFI and Alerting System

The Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) has launched a new “Request for Information and Alerting System” which can be accessed via the Licensee Portal.
“From 16 October 2023 onwards, all communication relating to the existing process will be relayed via the new ‘Request for Information and Alerting System’. Further to this process, all correspondence relating to ‘Request for Information’ and ‘Alerts’, respectively, shall be monitored by the Sports Betting Integrity Department. Licensees are expected to reply to the respective ‘Requests for Information’ or ‘Alerts’ in a timely manner, in accordance with any deadline that may be applicable in relation thereto. The new ‘Request for Information and Alerting System’ is a user-friendly system; however, we have developed a manual that will provide additional guidance in relation to the workings of the new system,” the MGA said.
