NMi Annual Survey shows Customer Service, Experience and Quality Drives Customer Success

A new survey distributed by NMi Gaming has shown powerful evidence that its customers value the excellent customer service that NMi has to offer, with 100% of respondents confirming that they would recommend NMi to an industry colleague.
The annual survey tallied responses from NMi’s customers, which included B2B Suppliers and B2C Operators across the gaming industry. Customers highlighted experience, quality and flexibility as the reason why NMi is the market leading test lab.
