Evolution Gaming signs roulette deal with Grand Casino Bucharest
Evolution Gaming is to install a bespoke ‘Dual Play Roulette’ at the Grand Casino Bucharest in Romania.
The Evolution Dual Play Roulette table, which brings together land-based and online play, will be located on the casino’s main gaming floor, on the ground floor of the JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel. It follows Dual Play Roulette launches in the past 18 months at The Ritz Club London, The Hippodrome Casino London and Malta’s Dragonara Casino.
Players will be able to place bets at the actual roulette table, while online punters can play alongside each other in the same game rounds and the same dealer.
Due to launch before the end of the second quarter, the table will be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to all Evolution licensees across the company’s network.
“The Dual Play table will bring the unique atmosphere and excitement of the Grand Casino to an extended online audience of new players and is further evidence of the market’s move to support online gaming,” stated Casino Association Romania president Sorin Constantinescu.
James Stern, director of business development and land-based sales at Evolution, added: “An increasing number of prestigious venues are selecting an Evolution Dual Play solution to deliver a truly convergent solution, as players get a great deal more than is offered by an ‘off the shelf’ product.
“Streaming numerous live, interchangeable HD quality feeds, each unique Dual Play Roulette encapsulates the real thrill of the action at the live table and offers players the most immersive and engaging experience – just as if they were physically sitting and playing at the actual table.”
