Interwetten signs partnership with TSG Hoffenheim
Maltese-based sports betting company Interwetten have signed a long-term partnership with German Bundesliga team TSG Hoffenheim, a deal which will see the firm become the clubs premium betting partner.
Under the terms of the deal which runs until June 2020, Sportwetten branding will appear prominently at the clubs 30,000 Rhein-Neckar-Arena and on the clubs social media, television and advertising channels.
Founded in 1990 as a sports betting provider, Interwetten were among the first companies to offer online sports betting in 1997.
In a statement announcing the deal Werner Becher, spokesperson for the Interwetten Board of Directors said: “TSG Hoffenheim is an extremely attractive partner for us, not only because of the development of the club into one of the top players in Germany and the consequent first Europapokal participation in this season. The club has the fourth place in the Bundesliga Of the previous season emphasised that he has an excellent future perspective.
“TSG Hoffenheim is the German flagship in the sponsoring pool for Interwetten and guarantees excellent brand awareness thanks to a comprehensive sponsoring package with a large brand presence for Interwetten.”
