NYX Gaming appoint new Director of Talent Acquisition
NYX Gaming Group Ltd. has announced the appointment of Charles St Aubyn as group director of Talent Acquisition.
Charles St Aubyn is on the hunt for “smart and innovative” people to join NYX Gaming Group, a supplier to casino, sportsbook, lottery and bingo operators across the globe.
Earlier this week, St Aubyn was appointed as group director of talent acquisition, having recently held a similar role for US software solutions business, JDA Software.
“We are looking for smart, innovative people who are wanting to join a fast paced, dynamic company. They will thrive in an environment where they can see the direct link between the work they do and the benefit it delivers to our customers. Currently, we have numerous positions available for software engineers, either on-site with our clients around the world, or in one our core locations. As an organisation, we are at a very exciting point in our development, having brought together two highly successful companies. This rapidly growing organisation facilitates multiple career progression opportunities, to both new and existing employees.”
For individuals, NYX offers the chance to work with industry leading organisations on business-critical projects, while helping them to evolve their businesses. At the same time, they will work alongside like-minded people in a relaxed, collaborative, and very professional environment. We think this is very attractive to the type of people we like to have working with us.” – commented Charles St Aubyn.
In his new role, NYX said St Aubyn will deliver the company’s talent acquisition strategy in order to “meet the demands of our customers and support our continued growth”.
Doreena Ross, Chief HR officer at NYX, added: “We are thrilled to welcome Charles to NYX Gaming Group; he will be responsible for attracting and retaining key talent to drive our competitive advantage, and Charles’ appointment will support our aggressive growth model.
“Following the integration between two of the leading players in the gaming industry, we continue to develop a company culture that inspires individuals, encourages innovation and drives results.”
