International Game Technology signs extension to its licensing deal with Caesars Entertainment
Lottery and gaming supplier International Game Technology (IGT) has signed an extension to its long-running brand licensing agreement with Caesars Entertainment.
The agreement allows IGT to use a number of brands owned by the operator in the lottery space, including Caesars, Harrah’s, Paris Las Vegas, Rio, Flamingo and Horseshoe.
IGT said that the Caesars brands present a tremendous opportunity to offer second-chance promotions, giving US customers the opportunity to win trips to resort cities such as Las Vegas or Atlantic City, or prizes from the operator’s venues in their state.
The company has been licensing Caesars brands for almost a decade, having first started working with the operator in 2008.
“IGT is happy to extend their partnership with Caesars Entertainment and continue offering lotteries and their players relevant licensed content and unforgettable experiences,” said chief executive of IGT’s North America lottery business Michael Chambrello.
“The Caesars Entertainment brands represent the ultimate in luxury and gaming and meaningfully resonate with our customers and their players.”
“We look forward to continuing our partnership with IGT. Together, we have already achieved great results in the Caesars Entertainment and we are confident that IGT’s expertise and experience will continue to drive success.” – commented Caesars senior vice president of partnerships and channel marketing, Annette Weishaar.
