William Hill and BD Stadia Announce New Partnership
William Hill and BD Stadia announced on Monday a two-year partnership to further engage with football fans across the Premier League and the EFL
After successfully providing the in-stadium betting experience for Tottenham, Everton and Chelsea fans, William Hill and BD Stadia are expanding their partnership to include 6 new stadiums where BD Stadia has contracted to deliver a club service. These include Bolton, Bradford, Huddersfield, Preston North End, QPR and Stoke.
The William Hill branded service will include betting booths, staff uniforms and the match day coupon and operate in both the general concourses and corporate hospitality suites and boxes. Fans will be able to place bets at the stadium on the day of the game and can choose to collect their winnings from any one of the more than 2,000 shops across the UK or via a direct deposit to their williamhill.com account. Adding shop collection has proved a real fan favourite and added to engagement opportunities for William Hill.
“BD Sport have done an excellent job activating our stadium betting partnership rights with Chelsea, Everton and Spurs, and we are delighted to be able to extend our relationship with these new Premier League and EFL club deals.” -said Kristian Welch, William Hill Marketing Director.
“It’s exciting that William Hill have recognised the dynamic engagement our service provides on a match day at White Hart Lane and Stamford Bridge and are partnering with us to expand that across the country. We are extremely pleased to be working with them for the next two years and look forward to football fans collecting their winnings on line and in shops.” – added Tony Warwick, BD Sport Group’s Joint Managing Director.
