UK poker room adds offerings
Victoria Gate Casino in the United Kingdom has expanded its highly attended poker room.
Victoria Gate Casino operators have announced the latest expansion to add new poker offerings in its highly attended room. According to the official statement, the company has added new poker tables to fulfil the constant increasing demand. The renowned fancy gaming salon, Victoria Gate Casino is located in Leeds, north of England.
Furthermore, Victoria Gate Casino has already been recognised as “one of the biggest poker rooms outside of London.” The latest expansion has put the gaming salon as one of the tops in the United Kingdom. The additional poker tables have also doubled the amount the Victoria Gate used to offer until last month.
Patrick Noakes, Managing Director at Victoria Gate Casino, told to Card Player that the property is “delighted to be enhancing” its poker offerings “in response to demand.” And continued: “Poker is massively popular in Leeds, so we’re very excited to be launching the largest poker room in Yorkshire—and one of the biggest outside of London—right here in the city.”
The UK’s third largest casino has opened its doors for the first time in January this year. The casino features more than 140 slot machines, a poker room with a capacity of 100 players and 75 electronic gaming machines. Furthermore, up to 1400 patrons can be hoisted in the entertainment center. According to The Yorkshire Evening Post, director of the venue Patrick Noakes, said: “It’s a game changer. Not just for casino fans but for the city as a whole. Victoria Gate Casino will strengthen Leeds’ already diverse entertainment, dining and nightlife offering and will provide so much more than just gaming. Our three distinct venues – Live Bar, Curve and V Restaurant – will play a pivotal role in that.“
