William Hill enhances its regulatory and compliance training
William Hill announced that it has partnered with the SMP Compliance Academy to further strengthen the regulatory and compliance training of its digital staff.
Making the announcement, William Hill confirmed that the training platform created and managed by Isle of Man based consultancy, SMP eGaming, will be rolled out to over 1,300 of its staff based in Gibraltar, UK and further afield.
A spokesperson at William Hill commented: ‘We have been very impressed with the SMP Compliance Academy as a regulatory and compliance training platform. William Hill has always been committed to the development and training of our staff and through this platform, we will be able to more effectively manage and deliver the required training content and in doing so enhance the learning and development of our people.
‘The SMP Compliance Academy allows us to more effectively manage the delivery of training content and to communicate with many hundreds of users all through a single interface. In addition, the analytics and reporting suite will allow us to dive into the data and to report on training performance at a divisional, departmental or team level; this will help us better understand our business from a compliance and regulatory perspective.’
The SMP Compliance Academy, whose content is CPD accredited, has been developed by SMP eGaming, the highly regarded specialist gaming consultancy based in the Isle of Man.
Ted Pepper, Director of SMP eGaming said: ‘We are delighted that William Hill has chosen the Compliance Academy for their regulatory and compliance training. As one of the world’s leading brands in the sector, it is a clear endorsement of the Academy and the quality of the
regulatory and compliance content being provided through it.’
