Japan launches anti-gambling addiction centre

The Government of Kobe, Japan has initiated the installation of an anti-gambling addiction centre.
The city of Kobe in the proximity of Osaka, Japan has taken initiative and advanced forward with steps to foster Casino with the construction of Hyogo Kobe Addiction Countermeasures Center, an official venue to straighten out and deal with issues concerning gambling. Osaka is recognised as a potential city for the installation of the internationally expected casinos.
Although casino salones have not procured complete authorization the legalisation of gaming industry has positioned the market as one of the most demanded worldwide. National legislators are still debating on further bills to finally execute the casino law, with regard to the prevention of problem gambling, operating and licensing processes.
Meanwhile, Kobe the neighbouring city of Osaka is all prepared for the implementation of anti-problem gambling measures. As per the experts, the first large-scale integrated resort is likely to be established in Osaka within the following years. Hyogo Kobe Addiction Countermeasures Center will be focused on “educate addicts and their families to addiction support groups and medical facilities as necessary.”
Hard Rock international is now the third international integrated resort operator to join as an Official Partner the 2025 World Expo that is set to be held in Osaka. Melco and MGM were the previous operators to announce a partnership with the local government.
