La Liga inks deal with ManBetX for Asian cooperation

Spain’s premier football league, La Liga has signed a deal with the Malta-based global betting brand ManBetX, by which the bookmaker will become the exclusive Asian partner of the league for the entire 2018–2019 season.
The deal will considerably fuel the Spanish league’s bid to consolidate its position at one of the world’s fastest-growing and dynamic markets.
Speaking at the launch event at LaLiga’s headquarters in Madrid, LaLiga and ManBetX sought to highlight the mutual benefits of the new relationship.
Gregory Bolle, La Liga head of international marketing, said: “Asia is one of our fastest growing markets, so this partnership will help us engage once more with millions of Asian La Liga fans.”
“In fact, due to the exceptional sporting results of La Liga clubs on the European scene, Spanish football continues to be the ultimate reference worldwide and it is logical that La Liga partner up with a leading and ambitious brand such as ManBetX.”
ManBetX spokesperson, Luis Álvarez-Cervela, added: “Our deal with La Liga will help to expand not only the football competition’s brand in Asia, but it will also grow the brand of ManBetX.”
