No one bids for Lucky Dragon at auction

Lucky Dragon, the Asian-themed casino situated at the Las Vegas Strip, received no bids in the auction on Tuesday. The opening bid was US$35 million.
Auctioneer David Bark, foreclosure trustee and underwriting counsel with First American Title Insurance Co., revealed that the casino did not get even single offer in the auction that took place at the parking lot of the Nevada Legal News building at 930 South Fourth Street, near Charleston Boulevard and Coolidge Avenue.
The property hosts a 203-room hotel, 27,500 square foot gaming floor and space for five restaurants and bars, as well as a spa, a fitness centre, retail space and 408 parking spaces.
