Stabbing during gambling at Golden Nugget

In a murky incident, a tourist gambler was stabbed while gambling at the Golden Nugget in downtown Las Vegas. He was playing a slot machine when by another man approached, asked for a cigarette and apparently stabbed him without any provocation.
The gambler called his brother for help who was also present in the casino. The suspect ran out after stabbing. The victim’s brother chased him, but could not nab him.
The police caught the offender later. It is learned that the victim is in stable condition.
