David Foster joins GVC Holdings to head regulatory affairs

David Foster, who has been working as Public Affairs Manager at Paddy Power Betfair (PPB), has joined GVC Holdings as the new head of regulatory affairs.
He will oversee the development of both regulatory and policy frameworks to facilitate the operator’s growth strategy.
“Really excited to have started my new role as head of regulatory affairs at GVC Group in London,” Foster posted on his LinkedIn page. “[I’m] looking forward to reconnecting with some of my contacts and former colleagues over the coming weeks.”
Foster had begun this particular stint as the public affairs manager for Betfair prior to its merger with Paddy Power. He had also worked as the UK and European Union regulatory officer for the Sport and Recreation Alliance, which operates as the umbrella organisation representing sport and recreation in the UK.
In addition to this, Foster served as a parliamentary advisor in the European Parliament.
