Italian online casino sector shows 19.8 per cent growth

The Italian online casino market has seen spending of €72.6 million during March 2019, which represents a 19.8 per cent increase when compared to the previous year.
PokerStars once again led the market and took an 11.1 per cent share of the market. Sisal and Lottomatica followed the company with a 7.94 and 7.5 per cent respectively and held the second and third largest share.
Furthermore, 888, Eurobet and Snaitech posted similar results. 888 recorded a 6.67 per cent of the market share, while Eurobet and Snaitech both took 6.45 per cent of the share in March.
