Gen.G Esports has signed an apparel manufacturing and distribution deal with Meta Threads. This deal is specifically focused on the North American market. As per the deal, Meta Threads will produce Gen.G-branded gaming apparel, beginning with the Gen.G 2019 Pro Jersey.
“We’re really excited to work with Meta Threads to expand our merchandise offering in the U.S. They are a great partner for us and will help us continue to build and reach out to a unique fanbase around the world. We’ve got a lot of exciting plans ahead for all our fans,” Arnold Hur, COO of Gen.G said.
Gen.G opened its United States headquarters and training facility in Los Angeles, with its Call of Duty, Fortnite and Apex Legends teams training at the space and living nearby. Gen.G also opened a seven-story South Korean headquarters in Seoul last November.
