FavBet presents Ivan Rakitic as new brand ambassador

PC Barcelona midfielder is to represent the brand in Europe on a 2-year contract

Ivan Rakitic, World Cup runner-up with Croatia, Copa Del Rey and UEFA Champions League winner with FC Barcelona, has signed a 2-year partnership agreement with international betting company, FavBet.

It is believed that this collaboration will extend to the launch of online and offline marketing campaigns, as well as the development of a number of projects connected with corporate social responsibility.

Rakitic, called ‘Raketa’ (Rocket) in Mass Media, has joined FavBet’s star-studded ambassadorial lineup, which also features boxer and undisputed cruiserweight champion Oleksandr Usyk (Ukraine) and popular Belarussian footballer, Alexander Hleb.

According to Nik Rudenko, FavBet is to launch online business in Romania and Croatia with Rakitic playing a key role in the marketing campaign and being its face. Rudenko was quoted as saying:

Rakitic will represent the FavBet brand in Europe and Favorit brand — in Ukraine.
