Foxwoods Resort Casino Shuts Down for Two Weeks

Foxwoods Resort Casino becomes the latest casino to temporarily close its operations for two weeks following coronavirus alarm.
As part of the closure, Foxwoods team members across all business properties have been furloughed for two weeks. During this timeframe, team members can utilise benefit time, with all benefits remaining in place. Hourly team members are also able to apply for the Team Member Emergency Assistance Fund. Those who are not impacted by the furlough will include a reduced team from facilities, security, communications and leadership.
Foxwoods said that they will constantly evaluate the rapidly changing situation and communicate updates as it happens.
