New Account Manager lays down the law for GrooveGaming

Aggregator GrooveGaming has promoted lawyer Ekaterine Lomsadze to Account Manager as part of the rapidly-growing aggregator’s strategy to drive operator services and engagement. Ekaterine is now responsible for managing client accounts, including key client accounts, optimising service provision and support client goals as GrooveGaming continues its lightening expansion demonstrating their single-minded dedication to their industry-leading customers.
Ekaterine has been promoted from GrooveGaming’s back-office function where she has become familiar with the company and its clients. Lomsadze has more than 5 years’ experience in financial services, having previously held positions as legal counsel, dealing with regulatory and contractual matters.
She will be based out of GrooveGaming’s office in Georgia, and will report directly to group COO Yahale Meltzer. Ekaterine has strong expertise in the banking and financial services industries along with iGaming, and will be tasked to deliver on the superior customer service that GrooveGaming has become synonymous with.
GrooveGaming has significantly grown its presence throughout the last two years across key global markets and important regulated jurisdictions through partnerships with major online gambling operators.
GrooveGaming’s powerful platform includes over 4000 casino games as well as a wealth of aggregated content ranging from slots, online casino and live casino, to poker and table games, that operators can access via easy integration to drive player engagement and revenue.
