UKGC Promotes Ian Angus to Director of Policy
The UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) has promoted Ian Angus to the position of director of policy as the regulator gets ready for the upcoming review of the 2005 Gambling Act.
Angus joined the Commission in 2013 and most recently spent three years as programme director in its consumer protection and empowerment division.
Before joining UKGC, Angus spent more than a decade working for public bodies and charitable organisations, including the Office for Security and Counter Terrorism and the Department for Communities and Local Government.
