Square in the Air hires CasinoBeats MD Stewart Darkin

Square in the Air has appointed experienced betting and gaming journalist Stewart Darkin as its New Media Director.
Darkin, who starts his new role on April 12th, will oversee the company’s growing digital offering as it looks to bolster its portfolio of services. He will help shape output for the company and its clients, as well as being involved in the drive for new business.

“It is a company I’ve admired and worked with closely for a number of years and I’m delighted to now have the opportunity to team up with them,†said Darkin, who joins from SBC where, as Managing Director of CasinoBeats, he oversaw the launch of the media and events brand. Prior to that, for five years, he held the position of editor of iNTERGAMINGi magazine.
