Betpoint Group names Lahcene Merzoug as CEO
Industry leader tasked with taking operator from dynamic newcomer to power player
Betpoint Group, is pleased to announce that industry veteran, angel investor and former ComeOn boss, Lahcene Merzoug, has been named Chief Executive Officer spearheading the company’s growth strategy as Betpoint Group continues to gather pace.
Prior to his appointment, Merzoug spent two years as CEO of ComeOn Group and prior to that was Chief Marketing Officer at Green Media, Mr Green´s internal media agency. He has also held senior roles at Evoke Gaming, Bonnier Gaming and Red Bet, bringing a wealth of expertise and experience to Betpoint Group.
Based out of the company’s Malta office, Merzoug will be responsible for overseeing Betpoint’s aggressive expansion plans that will see it further expand its flagship brands 21.com, Justspin, NitroCasino, NeonVegas and UltraCasino into new markets.
He will also help to identify possible merger and acquisition targets for the organisation which has solid financial backing, as well as continue to develop the company’s culture so that it can continue to attract the brightest minds and creative talents from across the iGaming industry.
