MaxBill Survey Shows Gaming Companies are Speeding Up Their Digital Transformation

MaxBill has recently conducted a research that aimed to uncover the state of digital transformation in gaming providers’ business processes. The survey was held for five weeks and counted 320 respondents in total.
The research showed that half of the companies were affected by the COVID pandemic last year, speeding up their digital transformation. It mostly consisted of switching employees to the remote mode, but a significant number of the companies underwent extensive procedural changes or value chain disruptions. For example, as much as 87.5% of the participants stated that process automation is important for their business. However, other digital tools that are popular in some other sectors, like CRM software or artificial intelligence implementations, are not widely used by gaming providers.
The more detailed report, based on the results of the survey, is available on MaxBill’s website.
