Jonas Warrer Petersen Holding ApS, a company owned by Jonas Warrer, Managing Director of GiG Media and primary insider of Gaming Innovation Group Inc. (GiG), has today purchased 20.000 shares in GiG at a price of NOK 19.285 per share. After this transaction, close associates of Jonas Warrer owns 400,886 shares in GIG.
