Nicola Currie, Sean Levey join SBK as brand ambassadors
Nicola Currie and Sean Levey have both joined the SBK stable as brand ambassadors.
SBK – the sportsbook app powered by Smarkets – is delighted to announce that jockeys Nicola Currie and Sean Levey have become brand ambassadors.
As part of the agreement, Currie and Levey will wear SBK-branded riding gear and produce exclusive content for SBK. Levey has signed for two years, while Currie’s deal is initially until the end of the 2022 flat season.
Levey is a multiple Group 1 winner who steered Snow Lantern to glory in this year’s Tattersalls Falmouth Stakes at Newmarket, while Currie recently received widespread acclaim for winning the coveted Silver Saddle trophy at the Shergar Cup.
Currie and Levey join fellow flat-race jockey Richard Kingscote in the SBK stable – earlier this year SBK committed to a long-term sponsorship of Kingscote.
Currie, speaking exclusively to SBK, said:
“I’m delighted to be sponsored by SBK up until the end of the 2022 season and can’t wait to work with them on some entertaining content for social media. I’m very grateful for the support; SBK are clearly one to watch in the betting space with their unique focus on providing industry-leading odds.”
Levey added:
“I am thrilled to commit to SBK for the next two years. I’m fortunate to ride some brilliant horses for Richard Hannon and hope to continue having plenty of winners moving forward, now in my new SBK breeches. SBK is an exciting brand and I look forward to working with them.”
