Fostering a Stronger Culture of Safer Gambling in Europe
1-7 November 2021
The European Gaming and Betting Association (EGBA), and its partners, invite you to join us for the inaugural European Safer Gambling Week (ESGW) on 1-7 November 2021. The theme of this first ESGW is “Fostering a Stronger Culture of Safer Gambling in Europe”.
ESGW is an annual cross-industry initiative to promote safer gambling in Europe and is being organised for the first time by EGBA in conjunction with supporting national online gambling associations.
The aim of ESGW is to raise awareness of safer gambling between customers, gambling companies, regulatory authorities and the wider public and to share knowledge and information about the existing regulations for safer gambling, the tools available to promote safer gambling, tips on how to gamble more safely, latest research, and much more.
ESGW coincides with a number of local safer gambling weeks, particularly in Ireland and the UK, and will include a series of online webinars taking place across various European countries. These webinars are free to attend, and more information can be found below.
You can join the discussion by following us on Twitter @EUgambling and using the hashtag #ESGW21.
