BetConstruct and Hybrid Interaction Signs New Partnership Deal

BetConstruct has entered into a new partnership with Armenia-based gaming consultancy firm Hybrid Interaction.

Hybrid will now available as an integrated advisory service within the BetConstruct platform, accessible to all the clients of BetConstruct.

Hybrid Consultancy offers value-addition services such as VIP profit optimisation, KPIs benchmark workshops and the 100% Customer Relationship Management (CRM) outsource.

Hybrid’s VIP optimisation allows a review of a brand’s current player engagement efforts as well as its account management procedures. KPIs benchmark evaluates results and processes against industry best-practices. Hybrid’s 100% CRM outsource helps a brand to plan and execute their CRM strategies and routines.
