Betcris confirms team for ICE London and iGB Affiliate London
ICE London is now only a few days away. One of the largest events for the global gaming community, it returns as a live activity following a hiatus due to COVID-19. Betcris, Latin America’s leading gaming operator announced its participation in the events last December. The company has now provided more details about who will be present.
ICE London was originally scheduled to be held from February 1 through February 3, and iGB Affiliate London from February 2 to 5. However, they were delayed due to the COVID-19 Omicron variant. These events will now be held on April 12-14 and April 13-14, respectively.
ExCeL London will host ICE events, as well as iGB Affiliate events. The week will begin with the ICE VOX conference on April 11. The World Regulatory Briefing and International Casino Conference will be the first conference.
The iGB Affiliate conference, for which visitors from over 76 countries have registered, will begin on April 13, and will also host the annual iGB Awards at Troxy the following day. The awards, which honor individuals or companies in 15 categories, are returning to an in-person presentation.
The iGB Affiliate Conference series includes 13 streams and features sessions dedicated to key areas, such as the 2022 FIFA World Cup. Other topics include geo/vertical market segmentation and international digital marketing.
Betcris will be exhibiting at the iGB Affiliate London, “the most international and diverse edition of the event on record.” It will have representatives available to help attendees network and give insight into the company’s role in shaping the global gaming industry. Betcris confirmed that an entire entourage of company experts will be on hand, including:
- Head Business Development, Fernando Garita
- Country Manager Brazil, Angelo Alberoni
- Affiliates Manager, Jonathan Badillla
- Business Development Project Manager, Esteban Quesada
- Member of the Board Betcris Poland, Jacek Jakubowski
- Project Manager Poland, Iwona Gniech-Janicka
- Head of Marketing Betcris Poland, Łukasz Kieza
Stuart Hunter, Clarion Gaming’s managing director, previously stated that two factors influenced his decision to select the April dates when it was determined a delay was needed. He explained that Clarion had consulted with customers all over the globe and concluded that Omicron was too unpredictable and the market too unstable.
The main purpose of the event is to provide a safe and secure environment for visitors and staff. Therefore, the decision was made to postpone the events to mid-April. Hunter explained that Clarion also did not want to conflict with the Indian Gaming Tradeshow & Convention in Anaheim, CA, taking place April 19-22.
