Senior Business Development Manager celebrates 10 years with ITL

Lina Trofimow, Senior Business Development Manager for Innovative Technology Ltd (ITL), is celebrating a decade with the leading provider of cash handling technology and biometric solutions this month. Lina is responsible for ITL’s presence in Central Asia and parts of Eastern Europe.

Commenting on her long-standing achievement, Lina said, “When I first joined, I was the only ITL representative in the region but now we have a larger team comprising of both sales and technical support. This is a vast territory to have responsibility for, so I appreciate the back up and support of the 5 proactive Trading Partners we have secured in the region. They all play their part assisting me to ensure that ITL customers receive a dedicated, localised service.”

Lina is a fantastic asset to the company, and I have had the pleasure of working with her since she joined. Lina’s main responsibilities are sales, forecasting and researching potential new business segments for both our retail and kiosk sectors as well as gaming, amusement and vending. Lina is an excellent account management and gets to know her customers and their business models to ensure they choose the right ITL products to meet their needs. Strategic market planning and observing new trends in the industries also keeps Lina at the forefront of her role.”
