TonyBet opts for top-level player protection and AML safety with Neccton’s mentor
Award-winning software suite includes Responsible Gambling and Anti–Money Laundering modules to recognise and protect vulnerable customers
TonyBet – a fast-growing and ambitious international betting company specializing in online gaming – has signed up for Neccton’s mentor software. TonyBet pays great attention to ensuring that players get a new, exciting gaming experience while also monitoring the quality of the services provided in accordance with their assigned responsibilities.
In 11 years of successful operation, TonyBet Group has always promoted the principles of responsible gambling and has opted to use mentor’s Responsible Gambling and Anti–Money Laundering modules.
Signing up for the AML module gives the company protection against criminal behaviour that could compromise its standing with the regional licensing body, while the RG side of the software is recognised worldwide as the industry leader.
mentor tracks possible problematic gambling behaviour using real-time data analysis and works to help both players and operators to identify potential issues early. The tool recognises triggers such as a significant increase in deposit frequency and acts immediately.
mentor’s broader offering includes Fraud and aCRM modules, which means the software is a comprehensive solution for many customers globally.
“Our system is based on more than 40 academic publications and 15 years of experience in the area of responsible gaming,” said Neccton director and head of development Dr Michael Auer. He added: “We are active in more than 20 markets including New Zealand, Canada and the US and have grown from a responsible gaming provider to a full-service compliance solution.”
“Adding such a landmark company as TonyBet to our customer roster is a testament to the power and functionality of our software, and it is satisfying to know that even more players will now be properly protected from gambling harm.”
“We are constantly working to improve our gaming products to better protect players from the potential risks of gambling addiction and pay great attention to choosing a right partner. I’m glad that we cooperate with the best in the field,” said TonyBet CEO Victor Troicin.
