MGA: Update on the Revised Audit Service Provider Guidelines Consultation

Following the closure of the Consultation on the Revised Audit Service Provider Guidelines (‘Guidelines’) on 17 December 2021, the Malta Gaming Authority (‘MGA’ or ‘Authority’) has been analysing the responses received during the process, in order to develop the final Guidelines in line with the evidence brought forward.
During the past months, the MGA has been actively working on the Guidelines and consulting the amendments stemming from the consultation process with the industry professionals and associations before finalising and publishing the review Guidelines.
The MGA intends to publish the final version of the Guidelines and any other supporting documents by the end of 2022.
