Star streamer ‘Jei I Can Win’ becomes Street Child’s first ever gaming influencer ahead of World Gaming Day

Verified geek, film lover and variety streamer @jicanwin announced today he has joined Street Child, a global charity which works to ensure children are safe, in school and learning.
The former-pro, international basketball player makes up one third of the “Cyber Nerds” and has partnered with Street Child ahead of their very first World Gaming Day on 22nd October. Jei is currently ones of the faces of Twitch TV as they celebrate Black Brilliance throughout October and will be livestreaming the brand new game from Warner Bros Montreal “Gotham Knights” from 1pm-7pm on Saturday 22nd October, with all proceeds going to Street Child.
Jei’s charisma and focus on fostering community makes him the perfect partner for Street Child, especially as the charity looks to appeal to a gaming audience and diversify funding streams.
On partnering with the organisation Jei said “Giving back is something I have always taken serious – I feel I have always had a great support system around me which laid a great foundation for me to believe and achieve. Partnering with Street Child is another opportunity to do this across the world through real life support. When it comes to World Gaming Day I’m gassed at the opportunity to share my passion for building community, educating and gaming while raising funds to impact lives in a positive way.”
You can set up a reminder for Jei’s stream via his Twitch.

Alice Lowden, Global Head of Marketing, Media and Comms at Street Child said “I’m so pleased to have Jei on board as our first ever Street Child gaming partner. He has an incredible platform and has fostered an amazing community across all his channels. I’m looking forward to working together to raise awareness of Street Child’s work with gaming and movie fans as well as raising crucial funding.”
