Release of Vinnie Jones Blackjack marks industry first
Real Dealer Studios’ latest casino game starring the football and film legend makes history as iGaming’s first cinematic celebrity blackjack title.
Vinnie Jones Blackjack, part of Real Dealer’s new series of games featuring the iconic tough guy, is now available to all operators. The game stands out as the first celebrity blackjack title created using the studio’s unique, cinematic approach, which allows Vinnie to interact with players in one-to-one fashion, bringing every bit of his larger-than-life, streetwise persona to the table.
The game immerses the player in a members-only club setting, with Vinnie cast as the VIP dealer. There he responds to each of the player’s moves, dealing the next card or throwing in the occasional cheeky remark to keep the action rolling.
The experience was made possible by cinematic RNG, an innovative process created by Real Dealer whereby cinema-quality recorded video is integrated into a random number generator-based game framework.
The approach closely mirrors that of Hollywood filmmaking, with professional actors, directors and production crew delivering polished footage of dealers and gameplay. The resulting games represent a leap forward in quality and realism in the RNG games sphere, which until now has been limited to using computer-generated graphics.
“There just hasn’t been anything like this on the market before – an RNG blackjack game with this sort of personal interaction, and starring a celebrity to boot”, said Shane Cotter, Chief Product Officer at Real Dealer Studios.
Vinnie Jones Blackjack features 21+3TM side bets, insurance side bets and a 6-card Charlie rule.
The game is the second in Real Dealer’s Vinnie Jones series, which premiered in September with the launch of Vinnie Jones Roulette. The next game in line to come out is Vinnie Jones Stories Roulette, which will launch on 14 November. Additional Vinnie Jones games are planned for release in 2023.
Real Dealer titles are available exclusively from Games Global.
