Enteractive pens deal with NetBet

Activity to develop active players in the Italian market
Enteractive, the leader in iGaming retention and engagement services, has begun activity with NetBet customers in the Italian market, both for their casino and sports betting player segments.
The iGaming company sees Enteractive’s personalised retention and engagement services as the key to optimising revenue generation and from selected segments of their player base.
Enteractive is the industry leader in player retention with more than 14 years experience, being recognised as one of the top revenue generators globally for the iGaming sector.
The campaigns will be run on behalf of NetBet’s Italian brand offerings, increasing player retention and loyalty with Enteractive’s services through seamless integration of selected player databases, with native-speaking agents being able to engage with players in each market with real-human one-to-one outreach by phone.
Filippo Stotani, NetBet’s country manager for Italy, said: “We work hard to always keep our customers informed about our services, new features and the benefits of playing on NetBet. Using Enteractive fills a gap in our CRM activities, engaging with players more directly in order to provide them with relevant information and top class assistance. The personalised approach of calling the players and having a chat with them really works and they seem to appreciate it.”
Andrew Foster, Chief Business Officer at Enteractive, added: “Our Italian teams at Enteractive are making a real difference to the bottom line revenues for NetBet in Italy. Players have told us that it makes a real difference to have a phone call from a brand, showing they care about player enjoyment and entertainment.”
With native speaking call agents supporting iGaming brands across the globe, Enteractive re-engages more than 13,000 players per month for a variety of leading operators.
