RecruitCompliance launches to level up igaming recruitment

RecruitCompliance, a new arm of the ComplianceOne Group, has launched with a mission to change the way igaming businesses hire compliance talent.
The new recruitment company is the result of detailed feedback from executives across the gaming industry expressing frustration at the lack of expertise available when it comes to hiring for technical and regulatory compliance roles.
As part of ComplianceOne Group – the leading compliance provider for the igaming industry – RecruitCompliance leverages unrivalled knowledge and experience to lead the entire recruitment process for compliance roles.
Antonio Zanghi, CEO of ComplianceOne Group, said: “Compliance is now the fastest growing team for many igaming companies, but most are struggling to identify the talent needed to take them to the next level. Traditional igaming recruitment agencies lack the specialist knowledge to help, and this is having a serious impact on growth. At RecruitCompliance, we combine industry-leading knowledge with cutting-edge recruitment practices to help businesses quickly scale compliance teams with the quality of talent required.”
RecruitCompliance will be led by ComplianceOne Group’s Head of HR & Talent Danielle Nason, as VP of Operations for the division, who brings more than a decade of experience in igaming recruitment.
Danielle Nason, Head of HR & Talent at ComplianceOne Group and VP of Operations at RecruitCompliance said: “Leading RecruitCompliance is such an honour as it gives me the opportunity to raise the bar for igaming compliance recruitment. This has been an underserved area for too long, with most agencies’ lack of knowledge meaning they must rely on their clients rather than lead the process. I look forward to delivering the best talent to our partners over the coming months and years.”
RecruitCompliance introduces a series of innovations to help partners place the very best talent in compliance roles.
This includes the use of AI and psychometric testing to better understand if the personality and character of a prospective hire is a good fit.
Payment for placements is also spread over a 12 month term, ensuring costs are reduced if a hire leaves before the first year.
