Aristocrat Nominates Jennifer Aument as New Non-Executive Director
Aristocrat Leisure Limited announced that Jennifer Aument has been nominated as a Non-Executive Director of Aristocrat Leisure Limited effective from April 11, subject to receipt of all relevant regulatory pre-approvals.
Ms Aument has more than 25 years of experience in the development, delivery and operations of major infrastructure assets, and has held leadership roles in large, US and Australian publicly listed infrastructure companies. Ms Aument was most recently Global Transportation Chief Executive at AECOM, the world’s premier infrastructure consulting firm, where she led a team of over 14,000 people. Prior to that, Ms Aument served for nearly a decade as President and Chief Executive Officer of Transurban’s North American business, and held public affairs and government relations leadership roles at Bechtel Infrastructure and other firms.
Ms Aument sits on a range of advisory boards for organisations including Cornell University and the Eno Center for Transportation, and previously served on the board of commissioners for the Virginia Port Authority.
