ZingBrain launches major update to casino personalisation platform
ZingBrain, the AI-powered engine for igaming, has launched a major new update to its casino personalisation platform, granting even greater power to operators looking to deliver a truly bespoke experience to players.
Casino operators using ZingBrain can now seamlessly display banners and pop-ups which include specific recommendations based on the player’s preferences, sorting by similar titles, game mechanics and much more.
The casino lobby can also be personalised from the first touch, constantly adapting to the user and transforming the gaming experience. This update provides operators with even more touch points, meaning the player is always served the right game at the right time.
Oleg Smolerov, CPO, at ZingBrain, said: “We’re excited to roll out this significant update of the ZingBrain platform, and the early indications from our casino partners are that these changes are already supercharging growth. This update is focused on handing operators the power to offer a more personalised gaming experience via new sections, pop-ups and banners that engage the user. Our team continues to build out and evolve ZingBrain on a daily basis with the simple goal of empowering operators to give their players the very best.”
Data gathered by ZingBrain – which has analysed more than 3 billion transactions – is already showing that its content personalisation platform is boosting turnover by around 20 percent.
ZingBrain is the igaming industry’s easiest-to-integrate performance improvement platform, built by a world-class team of data analysts, AI experts and engineers.
