Flutter Ranked Top Employer on 2023 LinkedIn Top Companies List
Flutter Entertainment announced that it has been listed as a top 25 employer on 2023 LinkedIn’s Top Companies list in both Ireland and Australia.
In Ireland, home to its global HQ and major base for over 3000 UK&I employees, Flutter ranked number 2 in LinkedIn’s Top Companies list. In Australia, its market-leading brand Sportsbet, which is home to over 1200 employees, ranked number 21. This builds on Sportsbet’s recent endorsement by Work180 as one of the Top 10 Employers for Women in Australia. Across both countries, Flutter was the only sports betting and gaming operator included in LinkedIn’s Top Companies List.
LinkedIn’s Top Companies list focuses on eight key pillars, each revealing an important element of career progression including: ability to advance, skills growth, company stability, external opportunity, company affinity, gender diversity, educational background and employee presence in the country of award. The list ranks the 25 best companies to work across a variety of countries and regions.
Phil Bishop, Chief People Officer at Flutter Entertainment, said: “At Flutter we are committed to making a lasting and positive impact and we support our colleagues in being the best version of themselves. Our vibrant and dynamic environment is founded on our people committing to doing the right thing, having ambitious views, and having the power and ability to act. This is the foundation of all our colleagues developing long and fulfilling careers with us. We want to attract the brightest minds to create a global community of talent which constantly evolves our working practices and creates a stronger environment and vision. We are thrilled to receive this recognition from LinkedIn, and this is testimony to all of the hard work from everyone within the Flutter family on our journey to responsibly lead betting and gaming into the future.”
