The Annual Meeting of Shareholders in Gaming Innovation Group Inc. (GiG) will take place at Convendum Conference Center, Kungsgatan 9, Stockholm, Sweden on 23 May 2023 at 10:00 local time.

Documents related to the Annual Meeting of Shareholders including the attendance and proxy forms and the proposal from the nomination committee are available on the website. The Notice of the Annual Meeting of the Shareholders will be sent to all shareholders registered in the Norwegian VPS system as of 21 April 2023.
