FDJ Appoints Dominique Cavalié as Director of Employee Experience and Transformation

French national lottery operator la Française des Jeux (FDJ) has appointed Dominique Cavalié as director of employee experience and transformation.
In his new role, Cavalié will be responsible for strengthening the FDJ employer brand and supporting the group’s international development.
Cavalié replaces Pierre-Marie Argouarc’h, who is stepping down after recently announcing his retirement.
An experienced executive, Cavalié spent his entire career in human resources and change management. He is currently the director of human resources for Eoliance Group.
