ComeOn Group appoints Owen Parry as Head of Customer Engagement
Leading iGaming operator ComeOn Group announced appointing Owen Parry as their new Head of Customer Engagement. Owen, who has most recently been leading ComeOn’s proposition team, will now transition to leading the customer engagement function across ComeOn’s portfolio of markets and brands.
As ComeOn continues to scale its growth, a main focus of their People Strategy has been on identifying internal talents to create a healthy career path with promotions from within. The promotion of Owen is a part of a series of important internal career progressions that has happened during the first half of the year. Earlier in the year, Matthew Cawston was appointed Director of Marketing Operations and from the Performance Marketing side, Robert Rothman stepped on to the new role as Director of Performance Marketing at ComeOn Group.
Owen’s role as Head of Customer Engagement will play a crucial part in allowing ComeOn to continue their strategic focus on Sportsbook and delivering an overall personalised service interface together with real-time CRM for a unique and safe player experience.
Sherwin Jarvand, Chief Data Officer at ComeOn Group, said: “We are very proud to promote from within again for a key role in ComeOn’s future. Offering a best-in-class player engagement across all our customer’s touch points is always at the front of our minds and with Owen leading this area now, we are in safe hands to take this strategic goal to the next level.”
