ITL welcomes new Technical Sales Manager for Balkan region
Innovative Technology (ITL) are pleased to welcome Dejan Bogićević, Technical Sales Manager, who joined the company at the beginning of June. Dejan will provide sales and technical support to ITL customers throughout the Balkan region.
Welcoming Dejan to the company, Sasha Kragulj, Business Development Manager said, “I have known Dejan since 2008, so I am absolutely delighted to welcome him onboard as an official ITL employee. He will focus on maintaining and increasing our customer base for both gaming and retail across the extensive Balkan region including Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Bosnia and Hercegovina, Montenegro and North Macedonia. Dejan’s long-standing relationship with us means his product knowledge is already outstanding and he has strong connections with many of our customers in the region.”
Speaking about his recent appointment, Dejan said, “I have always felt part of the ITL family so I am thrilled to formally join the team. Iwilluse my technical expertise to support customers, facilitate presentations and operator training sessions, attend global exhibitions and develop a sales strategy to promote our solutions in the Balkan market. Customers have a high level of trust in ITL products and I look forward to further understanding operator requirements and working with the design team to ensure that we continue to deliver products that are an ideal fit.”
Concluding Sasha said, “Dejan brings extensive technical knowledge from previous positions and has a solid background in electronics. His past experience working with some of our major customers and his in-depth understanding of ITL products will undoubtedly benefit Dejan as hecontinues to build robust customer relationships, and strive to increase our market position.”
