Swintt shows off their shogun spirit in new Samurais Pleasure slot

Having previously explored the wonders of ancient China in popular Premium releases like Jade Princess and Lucky Fortune Door, this month Swintt is turning its attentions to pre-modern Japan as it invites players to walk the warrior’s path in their new Samurais Pleasure slot.
A five-reel, ten-payline game that draws its inspiration from the honourable Ronin who maintained law and order in the land of the rising sun up until the late 19th century, Samurais Pleasure takes place to a backdrop of towering castles and boasts a beautifully-designed set of custom symbols on its reels.
Unique icons that capture the atmosphere of the era include paper lanterns and ornate hand fans, with a smiling princess and an armour-clad samurai serving as the slot’s two highest-value symbols. Beyond that, players will see that the conventional ace-through-ten playing card values have all been given a Far Eastern flourish and Swintt’s signature “book” scatter symbol also makes a welcome return.
Almost an omnipresent feature across SwinttPremium releases, this special icon is the key to activating Samurais Pleasure’s main bonus round and will award 10 free spins whenever three or more books appear in any reel positions. Should players wish to increase their chances of triggering the free spins, however, they can also elect to double their total bet and activate the slot’s optional book respin mode.
When this feature is enabled, landing two books will automatically trigger an additional respin and give players one more chance to find the final scatter they need in order to enter the free spins round.
However they get there, after activating the bonus players will be presented with a book whose pages will slowly turn before revealing which random icon will be chosen to expand throughout the feature.
Any instances of this symbol that appear during the free spins will stretch to fill their entire column providing a payline win can be created – and best of all, expanding mystery symbols do not need to be adjacent to each other to award a payout. On top of that, landing a further three book scatters during the feature will not only award 10 more free spins, but also an additional expanding mystery symbol.
As a final incentive for all SwinttPremium slot shoguns, the studio’s popular Risk feature also makes a welcome return. An optional mini-game that can be activated after any winning spin, Risk requires players to correctly guess the colour of a hidden playing card to double the value of their current prize, with multiple Risk rounds available until either an incorrect pick is made or the maximum prize is won.
David Mann, Chief Executive Officer at Swintt, said: “This month, Swintt is inviting all honourable slot shoguns to come and walk the warrior’s path with us in our new Samurais Pleasure slot – an exciting addition to our Premium line-up that once again includes free spins with expanding mystery symbols.
“Laid out in a 5×3 reel matrix with 10 fixed paylines, Samurais Pleasure boasts the pick-up-and-play appeal of a classic land-based slot machine coupled with the huge payout potential of 5,000x maximum wins, making it the ideal choice for players who enjoy medium volatility and frequent hits.”
