Aristocrat Leisure Limited Appoints Jennifer Aument as Non-Executive Director

Aristocrat Leisure Limited announced that the necessary regulatory pre-approval for the appointment of Ms Jennifer Aument as a Non-Executive Director of the Company has now been received and that Ms Aument’s appointment to this role has been confirmed by the Board of Aristocrat.

Ms Aument’s nomination for appointment to the Board of Aristocrat was announced on 11 April 2023. Ms Aument will hold the office of Non-Executive Director of Aristocrat and, being eligible, will offer herself for election by shareholders at Aristocrat’s 2024 Annual General Meeting.
